Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your CALRIO account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to both the iOS and Android apps.

The fastest way is directly in the app:

• Open CALRIO and go to the Profile tab.
• Open Account settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently removed.

If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to info@calrio.app with the subject “Account deletion”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Account information (email, name and profile details)
• Health & fitness data (nutrition and calorie logs, water intake, weight and body measurements)
• Photos you added (food and progress photos)
• Preferences, reminders and other app content tied to your account

• Encrypted backups: residual copies are purged within 90 days of deletion.
• Legally required records: a limited set of records (for example billing or transaction records related to purchases) is retained only where and for as long as the law requires.
• Anonymized/aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you may be retained.
