Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the CALRIO mobile application and the calrio.app website. The service is provided by the developer that publishes CALRIO; detailed seller/provider information is provided upon request via info@calrio.app. By downloading or continuing to use the application you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must delete the application.

CALRIO is a mobile application providing nutrition tracking, AI-powered food analysis, calorie and macro calculation, and personal goal management. A free tier and a Premium subscription with additional AI/analysis features are available.

CALRIO is not a tool for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie estimates and nutritional recommendations provided by the application are for informational purposes only. For significant dietary changes or decisions related to your health, please consult a doctor or registered dietitian.

In addition: Individuals with a history of eating disorders, who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have a chronic medical condition, or who are under 18 should consult a doctor or registered dietitian before setting any calorie/diet goal. CALRIO does not provide individualized medical nutrition therapy.

Current pricing is shown on the App Store and Google Play app pages.

• Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically and the fee is charged unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Subscriptions.
• Free trial: If not cancelled before the trial period ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.
• Price changes: You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price increase.

Because the Premium subscription is a digital service performed immediately by electronic means, the right of withdrawal does not apply; refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant store (App Store / Google Play).

Refund requests:

• iOS:App Store → Purchase History → "Report a Problem" (reportaproblem.apple.com)
• Android: Play Store → Order history → automatic refund within 48 hours of purchase
• After 48 hours: info@calrio.app — we will forward your request to Apple or Google.

• Provide accurate and current information
• Be responsible for the security of your account
• Comply with applicable laws and ethical standards
• Do not misuse the system (automation, data scraping, reverse engineering, etc.)

The CALRIO logo, design, source code, and content are the property of Fize Tech. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without permission — other than for personal, non-commercial use — is prohibited.

CALRIO is provided "as is." Subject to applicable consumer law guarantees, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

The accuracy, currency or completeness of AI-generated calorie and nutritional value (macro) estimates is not guaranteed; these values are approximate and may deviate from actual values. You are advised not to base your decisions solely on these estimates.

We reserve the right to act on accounts that violate these Terms. Depending on the nature of the violation:

• Where possible, prior notice is given and an opportunity to remedy the violation is provided.
• The reason for suspension is communicated by email.
• You have 30 days to appeal to info@calrio.app.
• When an account is deleted, your data is removed immediately and permanently; this action cannot be undone.

We shall not be held liable for outages or delays caused by natural disasters, war, pandemics, internet infrastructure failures, or service interruptions by third-party providers such as Firebase, OpenAI, Apple, or Google.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

• These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before the effective date via your registered email address and an in-app notification.
• Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Individuals under 13 years of age may not use CALRIO.Because CALRIO processes health-related data, if the digital consent age in your country is higher than 13 (up to 16 in the European Union depending on the country), that higher age applies; users below that age may use the app only with parent/guardian consent. The Children's Policy section of our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
